AOS interview coming up, husband unemployed

hi guys! i really need some suggestions here..My AOS interview is coming on April 1st but my husband the petitioner is unemployed..I applied for AOS last September 25th 2008,but He already gave up his business September 30th 2008 (he was self employed with business but with some financial reasons that he has to give up the business) we were hoping that before i get my AOS interview scheduled,he'll be employed..he's still applying for jobs and has one potential job offering but we wont find out until 1st week of April..anyways, just to make the story short, we dont know what to do right now..we do have an immigration lawyer, we just sent him an email the other day and still waiting for an answer..I just want to get other opinions/suggestions..both of my father and mother inlaws are capable of helping us, we just want to know what exactly we should do...

I would get a joint sponsor and have a new I-864 from your husband, and I-864 from Joint sponsor handy at the interview just in case they ask for updated sponsor information.
