I thought that my son would be included on my visa application....he is 10 years old. Is this correct or do i need to pay the fees again for him and fill out different form?

Thanks for any advise in advance.

You will pay the visa fees at, or before, the interview and the medical exam fees at the medical exam. There also needs to be a separate I-134 with all documentation for him from the sponsor, with the exception of the DS-156K all documents, forms and procedures for the visa have to be duplicated for your son. He does not need a police certificate and does not have to attend the interview.

Upon arrival in the USA he needs to have a separate AOS application, fees and all forms. Again, "you times 2". There is a discount AOS fee of $600 for your son if filed at the same as your AOS.
