i arrived here on Dec. 12,2008, got married Feb. 20, 2009, then my 90 days will expire on March 12,2009. I got my SSN change now and waiting for the card to come soon. we have filled up some forms for AOS and these forms will be printed soon.

my other problem is i don't have vaccination in Philippines because I had blood transfusion last Sept 8, 2008 and doctor not allowed me to be vaccinated to avoid complication, but they put note on my medical report card that i will have it on March 8,2009 here in US. but i get pregnant now? what shall I do? do i include medical record and doctor's report that i will not be vaccinated because i get pregnant now?

i need any help from you guyzzzz, pls email me at celnhoj@yahoo.com....Thank u so much and GOD BLESS

You should file before the expiration of the I-94 if you can... If you cannot do it as soon as you can.

You should visit a civil surgeon regarding the vaccinations... only the CS can "waive" certain vaccinations because of a medical condition

moving to AOS forum

YMMV

It is always recommended that you file Before the I 94 ends however I filed 10 months after my wifes I-94 expired. Its one of those things that I wanted to travel and have my wife enjoy being here and not have to worry about family asking her when she was going to start working etc. etc. I was just approved for AOS 3/2/2009 with no problems

You should be able to get a waiver for vaccinations because your pregnant Let the certified Sergeon General Doctor handle that part.

A lot of people have filed late with no problems, just don't wait too long.
