This is cool

People with similar backgrounds who are already divorced: 1%

People with similar backgrounds who will be divorced over the next five years: 8%

* In general for the five-year divorce prediction rates, those with less than 3 percent are at lower

risk, 3 - 7 percent are of average risk and more than 7 percent are at higher risk.

People with similar backgrounds who are already divorced: 1%

People with similar backgrounds who will be divorced over the next five years: 3%

The results so far seem awfully low considering the overall divorce rate. And what do they mean "similar backgrounds"? I would guess we don't fit into that.

ETA: Now I understand. I just did the same thing for hubby and his results are much different:

People with similar backgrounds who are already divorced: 6%

People with similar backgrounds who will be divorced over the next five years: 16%

Mine was:

People with similar backgrounds who are already divorced: 1%

People with similar backgrounds who will be divorced over the next five years: 14%

1 in 7 couples with backgrounds similar to my own will be divorced in the next seven years. I hope not me!!! :o

I did it for my husband's numbers and he had:

People with similar backgrounds who are already divorced: 0% (I guess the number was below .5)

People with similar backgrounds who will be divorced over the next five years: 14%
