your documents are okey with the tabs... just a comment on you folder. I place a fastener to bind our k1 petition. Its much secured than paper clips. We cannot tell what kind of handling our papers will have at the visa center so better make it stand whatever handling that will happen.

I have a friend the had a RFE bec. the service center lost some of his papers.. so better make the binding more secure with fastners intead of paper clips.

I stapled the plastic with the 2x2 pic on a bond paper then fasten it. Some people gets RFE with lost id pics only.

Not to be difficult, but you're not going to get an RFE for submitting too much. If they don't require it, then you don't need to include it.

If you send so much that the information somehow conflicts itself you may very well receive an rfe.

More importantly, it is sometimes strongly recommended to front load the initial petition with information because at some of the higher fraud Consulates the decision is made before the beneficiary even arrives for the interview. So, when dealing with certain places, it's better to include proof of on-going relationship when filing the I-129f.

OP... the letter of intent is asked for in the directions for the I-129f. Some people don't receive RFE's for not including one and some do... hard to say. If you've not sent your petition out yet, I would recommend getting them together (original signature) and including them.

As far as putting together the petition. A clip or folder is fine. When the package arrives at USCIS it is then taken apart, the check removed and the rest is put into a standard format for storage. So, it really doesn't matter how you put it together as it's going to be taken apart soon after it arrives.

I am concerned about what documents to submit along with my I-129F Fiance Visa application. I have not come across any of the "guides" that are mentioned in various links/threads and in the instructions for completing an I-129F it simply says to include evidence that I have met my fiance. In addition to the G-325A Bio forms for both of us I was planning on submitting

the I-129F form itself

copies of both of our passports (my understanding is that either passport or birth cert is required)

and whatever proof I can come up with that we have been together (photos, plane ticket receipts, I guess chat records from Gmail)

In reading through all of the documents that other members have submitted I am starting to feel like I don't have nearly enough. Can anyone give me some advice on 1) If I am missing crucial documents and 2)what those documents are. I am especially concerned about these police and medical records, as I have no idea what those are or how one obtains them!

Thank you so much in advance. I apologize for my naivety with all of this!
