:dance::dance: I would really Want to thank all of you here MY Fiance Finally got approved and he is now in the U.S !!!!! Thank u all very much.... Now what is the next step does he need to go apply for a ssn? Can he work yet or is there another form he has to fill out??? Please help me with the next steps. And everyone guess what we get married next week!!!!! :thumbs::thumbs::star:

Congratulations!

He has until two weeks before his I-94 expires to get his SS#. You need to get married before the I-94 expires as well and then file for AOS, you can also send forms I-765 for work permit and I-131 for Advance Parole just in case he needs to leave the US before his residency is approved. The I-765 and I-131 will take about 90 days to be approved and the I-485 for his AOS will take at least 6 months.
