Stupid postal service! We posted Monday as soon as it opened for express, next day delivery, and it's Wednesday and they still haven't delivered the stupid RFE back to VT. ARGH!

What service did u use...Fed Ex...USPS...UPS?

2006-06-21:On June 20, 2006, this case was reopened on a USCIS motion, and the case is now in process. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.(I-129f Review)

If you can please post the date u filed and the date u recieved ur RFE...so we can see what there up to.....

I got the same message on the 23rd, about case reopened on the 22nd.

we returned out RFE via USPS friday 23rd..

.thursday 29th received 2 emails stating completed RFE received and the standard accompanying message.

thats because of the imbra right?

now my question is, ive found out, after readin several articles in here, that i forget to sent some stuff with my I-129F.... do i have to wait til i get an RFE from the USCIS asking about that missing documents? if i do i know it will cause a delay in my case right.... or can i sent the missing documents when i sent back the IMBRA questionnaire????

We used USPS. HUGE #######! Never using that again for docs that need to get anywhere fast.

They delivered it on the 28th, VSC put us back in the system today.

Double posting to ask those that got the RFE from VSC, did it have an estimated processing timeline appart from the 14 minimum?

When they updated our status to say it will take less than the minimum, it's going by what they first stated when received our I-129F, right? Which when I filed was in 30 days, so it means we should get an approval before July is over, right?
