One last question, when you got touched today, did they state in the cases status that they sent something today? or does it still say that it was sent yesterday?

This is what it says:

April 28th you got an RFE about lack of papers, right?

This one will be (apparently) a questionaire asking if you met through a broker and if you have any criminal record. This one is due to IMBRA.

I thought you said you had been told 2 RFEs were coming, yesterday and today, I think we had a huge misunderstanding.

If you didn´t get another e-mail saying a second RFE was coming, then it might just a system glitch.

Could be. I just need to wait and see if I get something in the mail. The post said that they mailed me an RFE on June 19th.

Your old RFE was related to somethings u were missing..this new new one ur getting is the new one (IMBRA), every1 is getting that one...so dont wrry :-)

I just checked this morning and I was touched today!!! Yay!! I'll probably get my RFE in the mail tomorrow (fingers crossed). The ball's finally rolling guys...not just for me, but for a lot of us. I think pretty soon thing's will go back to normal...hopefully.

Congratulations to all the RFE'S. I know this may make me sound silly, but this is all about Vermont and I am wondering if there is another thread like this for the others that were from Nebraska transfered to California. And does this mean that while I am sitting and waiting in California like many others that people in Vermont that have filed way later than us will be getting approved before us? I know Vermont moves more quickly, but just want to understand.

My old RFE from 4/28 needs his final divorce decree from church and courts in Greek and in English translation. Still waiting for them in the mail.

So, this second one sounds like the IMBRA one.

I am leaving for Mykonos July 15th. WhooooooHooooooooooooooooo!!! I can't wait.
