BTW I also got the email from Vermont 2 times...strange but YEAY! can't help feeling happy that i finally have been touched and things are moving again. I hope that the other service centers get their act together too, i am thankful my application is at Vermont with their speedy reputation but i know i could just as easily be dealing with one of the others so..fingers crosses for everyone now

I got touched again today, after yesterday´s RFE touch.

Same here.

I feel bad for those who were recalled and have been waiting the longest for their RFE. I'm a bit of a goody goody so I feel like I've jumped the queue.

I hope that everyone gets their RFE as soon as possible though!

I hope for everyone too that everyone gets the RFE's as soon as possible. Im not upset in anyway about anyone recieving an RFE sooner than anyone else, this is all a mad circus and hard to make sense of anything.

So from what Ive gathered, the reason that all of the "lucky" people who have already recieved their IMBRA related RFE's are all NOA1 recipients, not NOA2 recipients, is because the service centers are first clearing out NOA1 status petitions simply because those are the only petitions that the service centers actually physically have right now?

If so, I can understand that it makes more sense than waiting to send RFE's in order of reciept date, because then the service centers would be just killing time, while a large stack of NOA1 status petitions are just sitting there. Why not get them cleared out while they can and THEN start accepting the flood of NOA2 status petitions to be sent back to the service centers from the NVC.

Man I hope that wasnt too garbled. If it wasnt, is everything that I described there accurate?

You might be right Maria&Robert, and this should speed up everyones applications then since there won't be a huge back log for either, and then hopefully the RFE's get out for the NOA2's as quickly.

I do so hope for all of you that have your NOA2's that it does speed up quickly for you.

Thanks Leafgal, I hope so too for all people with NOA2 RFE's will be done quickly. Lets see just how quickly the NOA1 RFE's will be handled. Good luck to everyone.

Add me to the list. I just checked on line USCIS and I got hit again, another RFE. This one was sent yesterday. So now I have 2 RFE's. The good thing is that hopefully I will get the first RFE done before our July 16th deadline. Depending on what the 2nd RFE is, I will be going to Greece July 15th to be with my fiance, so if they need something from him or for him to sign something, I can have him do it while I am there and bring it back with me.

If you didn´t get another e-mail saying a second RFE was coming, then it might just a system glitch.
