about ds156 and ds156k

hello everyone..i just wana ask some questions regarding the ds156(question34) and ds156k(question5).

we were already approved and got our case number but havent yet call usembassy manila to set up my interview date.

I am pregnant now and will deliver this month(march)so what am planning is to apply a CRBA for our baby after i give birth(i already know how to process everything)but my question is regarding ds156 question 34 which is name and relationship of person travelling with u and ds156k which is list name,date,and place of birth of all unmarried children under the age of 21yrs old..i am going to fill those form as soon as i give birth which are the requirements for the interview.

am i going to write our baby's name on those questions even if i dont know yet if her CRBA(certificate of birth abroad)will be approve?but hoping and praying it willget approve so she can go with me in US.
