hello people if u file k1 n some information was mising n USCIS sent u ref regarding the missing info in ur file , u got everything together n send back to them, do u think this will delay the desesion making on the case n if so how long this possible :help:

Yep, it slows things down, they stop working on the case until they get the RFE back.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I think it depends on the case. They required more info about my case i send it to them and i got the approval the same week. Good luck make sure you send it to them right away and complete.

Yes it will delay the decision. How much is anyone's guess. AT LEAST as long as it took to get the RFE to you and you to get it back to them and them to get it back in the system. What you may not realize is that when you get an RFE your case is already delayed. A clean case can be adjudicated in 15 minutes or less. Were it not for the RFE, you would have had you NOA2 instead.
