2 years tax transcript, 1 tax return

Hi everyone!

Just want to ask if the combination of the following would be ok for AOS package.

2006 and 2007 - IRS tax transcript

2008 - copy of tax return. Husbie filed electronically using taxact.. He printed the return from that page. He cannot get 2008 transcript yet because the online site said that all forms would be submitted to IRS on March 15th.

I am reading the shortcuts.. It would be 3 years transcript or 3 years tax return copy so I am wondering of the combination of both would do..

Helpful inputs would be appreciated. Thanks

In can be a combination of returns, and transcripts.

A return = (1040 and W2 and/or 1099 and other supporting docs showing income)

If you are sending in the I-864 package to NVC this sounds like you are doing CR-1 visa NOT K-3.

Yes that should be fine. Sending more than the current years tax return is just adding evidence of your income and ability to support your husband/wife.
