Ok, I am really confused here. Some people are saying you should file I-130 and 129-F and then decide which to do, K3 or Cr1. Others have told me to just file I-130 and then I can go with CR1. We have decided to definately go for CR1 and NOT K3. So do I still file 129-F or not??? HELP

The don't file the I-129F if you wish to do CR-1.

Note: If any children are immigrating with you, the children each will need an I-130 filed for them too.

Hi Betsy. Yep just need to I-130. Note after two years of marriage the CR-1 turn into the IR-1. That's a 2 year green card turning into a 10 year green card.

 Don't mislead, the CR-green-card does not automatically turn from Conditional to UN-Conditional, an I-751 is REQUIRED to be filed to do that.

IF the visa interview OR entry to the USA is AFTER 2 years of marriage the resulting green-card will be a 10 year card.
