IM wondering if INS or USCIS has a record of my repeated tourist trips into the US from my i-94 slips. I mean they arn't even required for Canadians I dont think. But do the still get to see them on the computer when adjusting. Likewise for my flights. I guess if they have airplane manifest records too they will see my entire history of US visits right? Just want to know where I stand when I stand in front of the boarder guy. This forum is amazing also. Like a library of first hand experiences.

Yes they do, they record entries and exits, this is how a POE can deny entry for a prior overstay on VWP.

Yeah I def. thought the POE sharred the info, I just wasnt sure if USCIS case workers got access to it. Do people know for sure about whether INS guys get the exact same info as POE guys? Other than a possible delay in info update.

CBP = Department of Homeland Security

USCIS = Department of Homeland Security

You be the judge.....

YMMV

USCIS and POE (CBP) are both parts of DHS, so you figure.

One of the reasons Homeland security was instituted was to better share information (common databases) between the different government agencies.

And about the airline info - read this article:

Airline travel via Homeland Security

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
