Who is he? Not his name but, did he start VJ? How did he come up with the idea? Has he been through any immigration process before? I must say if this was all his idea, he is amazing! How long has VJ been on? So curious!!!!

The captain is the board admin, I believe the board was created by a group.

The board was started sometime back in 2003.
