Waiting on Visa to be Mailed

My fiancee was approved for her K1 visa last Wednesday. I've yet to see anything on the Canada Post website tracking page for the Xpresspost mailer she left with the consulate.

I email the consulate and they reply with "The visa has been issued. Thank you" and nothing more. I call Canada Post and they say they have no records of the Xpresspost mailer and without knowing the exact day it was given to them they can't help me.

Does it really take this long? The woman told me the mailer is a 2 day guarantee delivery. Anyone have any idea on how long it takes the consulate in Montreal to actually mail the visa after an approval? Should I be worrying as much as I am? Is there anything I can do?

I leave tomorrow to pick her up (12+ hour drive) and if it ain't there by Saturday I'm going to have to drive back without her on Sunday. (Sadly this Thurs and Friday are the only days I could get off from work - if she doesn't come back with me I'll have to get her a plane ticket.)

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
