From what I've seen it can be up to 2 weeks. Did you track your package? Has your check been cashed?

Sometimes it can take 2-3 weeks, in my case it did, take a look at my signature! Trust me it was sure nerve wracking waiting to receive it in the mail! It will come!

Yes, it can take up to 3 weeks, in some cases members have seen longer times. You should receive it a few days after your check has been cashed. Good Luck!!!

yes and the papers arrived there on february 23 ..... do you think there is somehting wrong?
