how to withdraw N400 when you have interview date?

hi

my N400 interview date is april 16 2009 but my wife filed for divorce on jan this year;

the divorce is getting final and I know for sure that there is no way

the N400 will be approved when the marital union has been broken;

i dont want to waste one day and travel fees to go to local office n Garden City iand say my wife filed for divorce

what is the proper way to withdraw when u have the appointment? an infopass or a certified letter to cis?

Info-pass, the N-400 will be at the same field office that you will do the info-pass appointment.
