does anyone know at which point of the process you have to have finished the immunization?

costs here in germany are 500 euros and the whole financial part of the visa starts to get really overwhelming for me.

Vaccination Requirements

United States immigration law requires immigrant visa applicants to obtain certain vaccinations prior to the issuance of an immigrant visa. Panel physicians who conduct medical examinations of immigrant visa applicants are required to verify that immigrant visa applicants have met the vaccination requirements. See IV Vaccination Requirements for the list of required vaccinations and additional information.

As a fiancé(e), you are not required to fulfill this requirement at the time of your medical examination for a fiancé(e) visa. However, you may want to do so. These vaccinations are required when you adjust status following your marriage.

this is why ive been asking.

the immunization is 500 euros here and costs only 360 dollars in the us plus it would give us some more time to get the money together while waiting on our k1.

ahhhh..money rules the world and i hate it!

You can start the shots in your home country and finish the series here in America. The retail cost of the shots here is $375 (3 shots). If I remember back to when I got them, they were spaced apart by two months each so six months to finish the cycle. So you need to start the shots 6 months before you want to adjust status in the United States.

Since the HPV vaccine is only needed for women who are under 26 years of age, the best thing is to start doing some research on the subject. In many countries it is a lot cheaper to get it there than here in the US but if it costs more, then wait until you arrive. Here in the US we have a women's health center called Planned Parenthood who can give you the vaccine for a much lower cost. So give them a call to find out how much it is and compare prices. Also, remember that this vaccine will need to be approved by a US civil surgeon, so that would be an additional fee.

Also check with your consulate and the people who do your medicals. I know Montreal requires us to have started the series at least before allowing us to have the Visa so I am planning on having the shot like right before my medical, and then doing the other 2 shots in the states.
