Timeline

hi everyone. my fiance is schedule to have his medical exam this monday march 9 and 10..am so nervous and he's scared too. last year he had a x ray and found a suspicous densities on the apez of the right lobe(lung). the pulmonologist did a TB test and it was negative. i asked the pulmonologist if a sputum test is needed just to make sure and he said no need.. last month i told my fiance to have a x ray before going to manila.. and guess what,, same result again..he doesn have any signs of day and night sweats, cough, u know the signs and symptoms. his pulmonologist cleared him and gave him a letter.

please pray that he's pass the medical exam.. am so worried..

It may not convinve SLEC, but...try to obtain BOTH his x-rays and the doctor's report from last year. Perhaps they will see that nothing has developed in the year since that last doctor's exam, and perhaps take that into consideration. Every little bit helps, right?

SLEC will operate under their own guidelines so you might experience a delay. I wouldn't get too worried until you find out the results.

Just plan for a delay of the interview and remember that being together is well worth the wait.

Worst scenario, you have to wait for additional 2 months for the sputum test result. After that, if result is negative, then you could proceed with the interview.

I would expect the worst on this one to lessen your dissapointment.
