hi guys, i was wondering if Junk mail useful for ROC. I mean like billing invoice from magazines we subscribe, credit card mail asking you to apply for their card, cable companies asking you to join them, car insurance company ask you to purchase them such as gieco and all state, etc. Just like usual junk mail you would receive from known companies. They are however only in one of our names. It is mostly my name because I am the US citizen.

mail is mail but to be more effective the mail should also be in the alien's name showing joint residency

YMMV

I guess I would only include them if you don't have much evidence otherwise.

We did not send junk mail but I kept some in case of an RFE, which we never received.
