Hi fellow Filipinas! I read on the US embassy in Manila website that for the medical exam, one is required to bring with her the vaccination records. My mom doesn't have them anymore and my pediatrician at that time is no longer around. Is it really required? What should I do?

Please help...Thanks!

If she doesnt have it , it's ok too.

Not to worry.

If she has record of vaccination, she doesnt need to get the re-vaccination.

if she needs vaccination, the DR. will give her that.

just bring ur mom to the ST.Luke with medical forms in hand.

Discuss this with the doctor at that time, and he/she will decide what is best. This happens all the time, and it is at the discretion of the doctor during the medical exam.

if you still have the records then bring it on the day of your medical. If you don't have it anymore, then it's still fine.

I had my first day of my medical yesterday and I just bring my passport,money,2x2 Visa picture, black ballpen..

Goodluck girl=)

Hi again Ana,

Is it true that aside from the medical fee ($213.35), visa app fee ($131), and visa delivery fee, we also have to pay for the documents verification fee which is 650php? If so, where did u pay for it, and to whom did u pay it for? Are there any other fee I that i don't of?

Thanks girl!
