They do update the computer files once a month. Our names magically appeared in the system but just NOA1 recorded.

Least now i don't have to call and annoy them :devil:

Hello everyone~~

As suspected, I recieved an RFE on Monday--luckily, I've kept tickets and receipts for major trips for most of my life, so sent back about 100 pages of evidence....overkill maybe. ^^;

I hope like many of you I get my NOA2 in the next month or so...but even if not, it's faster than I expected. A lawyer told us going the K1 route would take 11 months :blush:

Congratulations to everyone who's getting approved... I wish I had found this site before I sent my package in the first time ^.^

Neither am I :(

But I'll gladly take that if it means I'll get my surprise in the mail.

I'm just feeling soooooooo stressed out with how long we had to wait for her BC to get fixed, and now this cause this is the exciting part of the wait.

The only march filers that that I have seen are being approved atm are teh CR/IR1's, but they are being approved fairly quickly anyway, within 20 days for some!

Ah sad, nevermind then. I just took some data and did some number crunching (if you wanna call it that):

83% of November filers have been NOA2'd

70% of December filers have been NOA2'd

64% of January filers have been NOA2'd

40% of February filers have been NOA2'd

There's quite a bit of hope that some of us March people could be done in this month and that more than half of us could be done by May!

Yup, thats what I'm hoping. I'm thinking mid way through April we might see a few. Just so you know, when you are looking at the timelines, for some reason most of the months dont seem to go above 85% ish, so its "done" when it gets to that (even though theres still active people who are waiting on RFE's and extended processing, you won't see much movement from that month) So Nov is "done" and they are pretty close to "done" with Dec....not too bad! I noticed that when Jan had hit about 45-50% was when Feb started getting their NOA2's. No idea if that will hold true for us march people! I'm keeping track of my Igor # and my estimated timeline so that I know what it is/was when the approval does come through.

What are the chances that I can get an interview before September 10th? I'll be heading over to see my fiancee this summer for the full 90-day limit but I have to come back for classes. I don't really care when my NOA2 gets approved as long as my dream of coming back to the US on the same flight as her can come true. For that to happen I have to get NOA2 by about The end of May? Maybe 60% chance of that? I don't know...
