Just called NVC, they sent our papers to Kiev Yesterday :dance:

Maybe by Friday i acan call the consulate

EXAMINE WHAT YOU BELIEVE TO BE IMPOSSIBLE, THEN CHANGE YOUR BELIEF !!!

Okay I got my paperwork that asked for additional information within a couple of days of the email coming out to me. I sent it back not this past Saturday but the Saturday before that. Still no word that they received my additional info. They advised that although I sent ticket stubs they did not have a date on them and that alone did not constitute us meeting within the past two years. NOW I was almost CERTAIN that I sent OUR sons birth certificate which list him as the father (he had to be at the hospital to sign the paternity affidavit), he was born May 28th we filed in March 2009, that looks like two years to me by my math. So this time I made sure to send copies of my passport pages that showed I was there in 2006 and 2007, I also sent ANOTHER copy of the paternity Aff., and at this point I highlighted his signature. I also gave them a copy of my National Health Care insurance card which shows the same address as his, and a copy of my STUDENT VIS, now if this is not enough, I'm gonna be pissed!!

Hello everyone, GOOD NEWS i got my noa2 yesterday and i was so happy but nervous when i saw the mail :unsure: but when i open it and saw that my I-129F is approve i called my joann right away and told her the good news. So now i'm on my next journey.

I wish everyone good luck on there journet

My approval came yesterday via email and it was sent at 9:30pm. I was surprised it was so late... that would have been 7:30pm their time.

just called nvc to find out when they got our case. gave them our uscis # wacxxxxxxxxx and guess what they told me it is not in their system yet. so my guess is that uscis has sent it but it wasn't put in the nvc system yet. she also asked me if I have the approval notice in front of me which I didn't. haven't talked to my sweety today yet, so don't know if he got it in the mail yet. not sure why she asked about it. is there a new case number on it?

different question. those of you filling out the forms for the consulate. I find that there is little room for answers on some forms. for previous visas I had to fill out similar forms and never had to make attachments. this time there are at least three question where there is not enough room for my answers. is there any way to change the font size?

The case number on the NOA2 is the same as the NOA1. I called again today with no luck. For the consulate, I also made an attachment page. Just be sure to label it as to which form it is from and which question is being answered.

Oh no! (F) I am praying it will be a short AP at NVC, I have seen some that are around 50 days and some longer some shorter.....but Canada is not a "high-risk" country, hoping this is just a random AP. (F)

Something tells me it is something different to the usual procedure applications go through. Am I right?
