congratulations to the latest approvals. Seems we are almost there. Not many left from feb on Igors list either. However i'm getting a tad worried as i see March filers have alot of RFE"S in the list.

Some of the 2008's haven't updated their timelines lately (or been signed in here lately). I think some of them may not be tracking anymore, for whatever reason.

Congrats to all of you getting approvals!

Hey folks,

Hang in their March 09 filers you guys are almost done. It seems like CSC is picking up the pace, and their are no more holidays until September for them to be taking a break :). I think its us April and May filers are the ones that are getting anxious. Congrats to all of you that got approved!

Sorry it didn't arrive for your bithday itself-maybe you'll get a late gift and it'll come sometime in the next few days. Good luck!

Happy birthday, though. I hoped you managed to have an enjoyable day, even though you were dissapointed by the lack of an NOA2.

Even though we got our email last week, I'm still really anxious for the rest of the March filers that are waiting for theirs. I hope everyone gets theirs soon!

Alrighty! A little update, our first package got lost so they sent me a new one on Tuesday which has already made it here, sending it back today to put ourselves in queue for the interviews!

Quick question...how long is it taking all of the March filers to clear the NVC? We got our NOA2 approval back on June 23rd, and NVC still haven't received it, or at least entered it into their system. The operators are all very nice but keep saying that it could take up to 90 days for them to receive the file from CSC.

I really don't want to think about another 90 days and then another 60 days until the interview after that! I thought we were so close!!! :crying:

Any helpful reassurances would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Its possible because of the July 4th long weekend that slowed down operations. I would start to get nervous if it still has not arrived by the end of next week. Once it gets there it will fly through there pending no AP and be on its way to Vancouver though! The operators are just covering their A**es with the whole 90 day stuff. I wonder if calling the mis-information line (USCIS) would be a help, if they could tell you if its been sent to NVC. It is also possible that your file is at NVC, but just hasn't been "logged" into their system.

At least your file is going to Vancouver! A much less wait than going through MTL!

it only took a couple days for us to get to, and then through NVC. Ours went to NVC in about 5 days, through it in 2, to the consulate in 2, they sent out the package in 3 which they lost though lol. Going though VAN at least you will get a nice quick interview!! Crossing my fingers it get to NVC soon, the holidays may have messed with it.

This is probably a really stupid question, but how were you able to track your process through the NVC? Do they still keep updating things on the website? We haven't received our NOA2 notice (by mail) yet, so I'm a little confused as to how we'll be able to track the next step.
