congratulate everyone who got their NOA-2. Hopefully you will pass NVC soon too. And we are still waitin for NOA-2 ((( But we should get it soon, if everything is fine :devil:

March, 17 - sent a petition to USCIS

March, 19 - NOA 1

March, 27 - hard copy of NOA 1

July, 9 - touch

July, 10 - touch (NOA 2)

July, 12 - NOA 2 via e-mail

July, 17 - NVC in

July, 20 - NVС completed the administration process and will be sending case to the Embassy soon - that what they told us.

July, 30 - NVC, AP! Great.

August, 7 - NVC Left

August, 10 - Consulate Received

Hi everyone :) another March approval!! We just got approved yesterday. 126 days!! Thanks God :D and USCIS. We hope everyone who still wait for noa2 get yours soon!!

finally got our RFE on Monday. Took over a week for Kay to get the letter. I have already sent back the info to kay that they wanted so hopefully in about a week it will be on its way to CSC.

For those of you who have recently received RFEs, would you mind telling us what they were about? Then we can hopefully be prepared with our necessary documents in case we also receive an RFE. I have noticed that alot of them have been issued lately especially for beginning of March filers. Just curious if it is the same ajudicator who is just being extra strict or if there is some standard problem that everyone is having. Of course no way to really know. Happy birthday Saska, and hope you and I both get our NOA2s today!
