Wish our case would get approved already. It's just silly to try to even remotely put reason to why this process should take anywhere near this long. How do I check for a "touch" Would it show on the Status search portion of the uscis.gov page or do I need to look somewhere else?

a touch is when you online case status date changes on the uscis site. doesn't really mean anything or it could mean alot. there is no way to tell. Some ppl who have been married for 10 months or more have never been touched and the date has never changed.

Got our interview date. Called today to get an interview, I guess they're not busy at all. They wanted to schedule it for next Monday the 13th. But the Medical would need to be one week before the interview date SO we are set for the following week of July 20 @ 7 am.

Our journey is finally coming to an end. After such a long time with the annulment case and everything. It hasn't sunk in yet. That this happening I don't think it will really sink in until I watch Anna walk up the ramp into the terminal at LAX

LOL trust me..you do not want me walking in there right now :P It sooo would not make a good impression on the Americans..a petite 5'4 girl walking in there hands on hips demanding that they give you your packet 3 or they'll get suckerpunched :P

Besides..i'm all emo since David left :( And we still have no NOA2..ARGH! i mean i have all the papers...i have all our trips organized ..well almost all of em..just need to get reprints of pics etc. i even went over all the paperwork again this weekend and David told me to stop obsessing lol.

but no worries..i have a feeling you'll have your interview and be with Wes by August..no later. hmm too bad those battlebots aren't real..lol send em in and cause a ruckus while we get your packet and flee LOL.

Steph, sorry about your Packet 3, can't you call and tell them you didn't get it yet? Can't you download it from their website?

emails only :( if we could download it it would be awesome..and so much less hassle work etc.. Hell..why can't they just email it to you..not like they are sending it Signature required..it's just regular snail mail..grrr

aww hun *hugs* at least you got to see him again and hopefully it wont be long for you now. For me, I doubt it will be by August, seeing as thats next month and MTL is still booking 2 months out from when they get your P3 back. I was really hoping to get in for the round of interviews in Sept but with them losing my P3 (I have no officially emailed them to request a new one) I'm not too optimistic, so my October civil ceremony hope is slowing going out the window.

You did make me laugh about the battlebots though :lol: I wish we could do that!
