Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On July 2, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

I could scarcely breathe whilst I was reading that email. I'm so excited!!

OOps I am a day ahead of schedule. Today is only July 3rd. I got mixed up since some people are off today because of tomrrow being the 4th of July. lol Still hope for some more approvals this weekend. :)

Still kinda recovering from the shock at the moment. Had been hoping to hear something soon, but kinda expecting something next week (if we were lucky). This is great news, though I really need to read up now and find out what happens next.

We have the same NOA1 date, hope our NOA2 will be soon!

If I remember rightly, I checked yesterday (the day before that at the most) and we had not had anything at all since our case was first put online and our NOA1 date listed. If you have the same date as us, then hopefully you will hear something soon. Good luck!

Thanks to everyone who offered their congratulations. It's a bit scary, thinking about what needs to be done next. But very exciting too!

Congratulations!!!! I'm in the same boat as many others, hopefully are day will come in the near future!!!

I leave for Thailand next Friday, it would be great to recieve the NOA2 before I fly to see my Fiance, so I can take her to the Medical Exam & get the

Police Certificate.

Hmm...lets see...yeah..didnt pass >< I'm still not sure if I want to do my citizenship, because I am dual with Germany right now and I don't want to lose that.
