NОА1 он тhе 13тh... and RFE just now?... wow... that means they do not work on the case daily... it is just that backlogged.. it would take 10 minutes.. to look over the sent paperwork.. and maybe an hour to look up SS numbers of petitioners.. Wonder what is happening the rest of the 5 month

NOA1 is just a receipt. Our cases are sitting on shelves or in files or something until it's our turn, unfortunately.

Your RFE means that you're only a week or two away from approval, once they get the info back, though. Correct me, someone, if I'm wrong. Usually, you get priority if they're waiting for a bit if information.

Well I hope that is the case with me!! They advised me they sent a letter out on June 29th advising they needed additional information...which sucks cause it just prolongs the process!!

what a bummer. you'd think they could write online what they want. doesn't really take longer to write an email than it takes to type up a letter.

it has slowed down way too much at csc also....... :(

No kidding... they are losing ground each and everyday.... As an April couple it is bad enough but think if you sent your application in recently... at this rate of a handful a week they are gonna get further and further behind each day.

Even ourselves with only a little over a month from ones currently being approved... 120 estimated in front of ours / 7 per week = 17 weeks... LOL hope they pick up the pace....

It looks like the first approval from 3/17 has arrived. Now if we could just get the ones for the 3/19 or at least to see my case online, sigh!!! It feels like this stage of the process will never end with things moving so slowly right now. Good luck to all.

Hello March 09 filers!

I am hoping you all get your approvals soon. I don't understand the patterns of CSC. I mean they skip around, as I went on Igor's list theres still so many in the first week of March that still have not recieved NOA2 yet. I guess April and May filers for CSC have a long way to go. I was hoping mine get approved by September, but at the rate CSC is approving I am not sure about it anymore.
