So you have do you have your case number? What do they say when you call to say it isn't available online (or whatever message you're seeing)?

I'm sure it'll show up shortly. You'll probably call one day and get your NOA2 over the phone. :)

Yes, I have my case number. When I call them, they just say they can´t see it online either, so they transfer me to customer service reps who can see it on their end. They just tell me the standard not to worry because processing times are 6 months...blah blah blah. I was calling every couple of weeks or so, but I am currently in Brasil with my fiancee, so I haven´t called for awhile. Now that people closer to our NOA1 date are being approved, I am getting more anxious. The people at USCIS reassure me that my case is at CSC and not lost. I just hope they are right. Like some of the others have said, the cases did not appear online until just before the NOA2 was received.

Congratulations viknkam and GTB - Michael !! These days are great. Every approval is like a present.

Great list Danu. Will send it to my fiancee. He had an interview yesterday. Hope he'll get the job. Starting to get little worried when I think about the affadavit of support. I know about the co-sponsor, but like I know my fiance it would be an absolut no-go to ask somebody else for financial help.

If it helps at all, gettin one for the I-134 doesnt mean you are stuck with one. You will have to do the actual binding I-864 with your AOS, and if he doesnt need one then, then he doesnt need to keep the co-sponsor.

Having my guy here with me at the moment is making me realize how desperately I want to be with him permanently. Ah well, we've got the next 3 months together until then. Better than those of you that are faced with having to wait until your visas are sorted. I certainly feel for you all.

British customs are getting really, really difficult about him visiting here so much though. Even with his proof of our I-129F petition, they said they didn't care and were still unhappy about letting him in. They did, but we wonder whether they'll do so next time. They seemed to only allow him in very grudgingly. :( They told him he should get a visa, but I don't know what visa we'd be able to get in time for his next trip to England.

But he's here now, and hopefully we'll get some good news in the next week or so with our I-129F approval. I just hope we don't get an RFE.

Congratulations to everyone who got their NOA2 :)

Everyone else, you're next. I haven't forgotten how rage-filled it made me to see others approved with nothing on my case (although I was happy too..don't get me wrong).

FrostyMist, that makes me nervous because I am the USC and have visited my fiance numerous times in London. Each time they seem more and more irritated to let me past customs in Heathrow. Oh well I'll take my chances. Sometimes I get the customs official to say "awwww" when I tell them my story of long distance love and heartache. Other ones don't look impressed. At all.

Danu (steph) thanks for the list!

I don't have anymore patience for paperwork. It's like, people have forgotten in the midst of all this that I am engaged and that I too am a girl, who like every girl, wants to be a bride. OH WELL. Eff it!

USCIS, give these people the NOA2!

Frosty - I'm not sure how they can ask him to get a visa. He's not planning on settling there. I think the amount of grief normally depends on the agent you get at border control. The last one I had at Heathrow only asked 3 questions: Why are you here? Where will you be staying? Does your boyfriend ever visit the US? He wasn't as friendly as the agent I got the first time over, but at least I wasn't answering 20 questions. :)

Glad you have 3 months together. Your NOA2 should be coming up soon! Have some fish and chips and mushy peas for me! :)
