Oh, wow! Congratulations to those of you that just got your NOA2's.

I was just telling my family yesterday that I was worried things had slowed down again at USCIS. This is good news. :)

I just wanted to write in to say that I received my NOA2 :)

I received the notification e-mail today, June 21 (Sunday). Maybe they really do work on the weekends! My stomach flipped when I saw my case number in my inbox. I am so excited but most of all... relieved!

I noticed that another filer with NOA1 date of March 2 (like me) also got approved, so I am positive all of us March/California people will have heard something before another month passes. It can't be much longer for those of you who filed less-than-2 weeks after I did.

I very sincerely wish you all the luck possible... but you may not need "luck" since the rules of logic put you next in line!

CONGRATULATIONS!!! Im so happy for both of us!!! So excited!!!!!!!!!!

"Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between July 5, 2009 and July 10, 2009*."

I don't think it's changed much since I checked a week or so back, but it's certainly more encouraging to have a date (and one that's within the next few weeks, rather than nothing at all).

I'm currently counting down the hours until I can pick my guy up from the airport. At least after tomorrow, I'll get to be with him for the next three months whilst we go through imigration proceedings. Only 30 more hours to go!

Just curious if we are the only ones in the March filers that still cannot see our case online? I know there were others, but they are now online and some even have NOA2. So far no one after our NOA1 date has been approved. but I am getting anxious with all of the other March approvals. Sorry, I know I have posted before about not being able to see our case online, but I am having an anxious day. I feel so sad for the people who finally got their NOA2 only to get stuck in AP at NVC. I have to agree with all those who say that it is a waste of time to try calling USCIS. Even when I am transferred to customer service they can´t give me any information. Thanks to all VJ members for the support. It really helps.

Lets hope yours is like mine. I couldnt see it until the day it got approved. It doesnt say it was approved online, but that was the first day that I could see it, the date on my NOA2. If thats the case for you too that would be wonderful, have it just pop up and get your approval notice that week in the mail!

I know what that is like. David is flying in July 1st. Hoping we have our approval so we can celebrate while we are together for those few days. it's been over 100 days ( i just stopped counting once it hit 100 :( )since CSC received our application.

while hes here for the week i wanna get all the stuff signed etc that we need to do in advance..so when i do get my packet 3 i can just send it all off same day.
