For the new evidence so far I have 1 screenshot of skype (will take another) as well as the skype exporter file of about 6 months worth of skype to skype calls. Ive decided to take more Skype call photos because I dont want them to deny the skype explorter stuff cuz its easy to modify. I also have a screenshot of my Facebook page which has my status as engaged to him, the top of the box he sent me for my bday, will have more from a shipment of books he is sending me to keep me from being bored. I also have one month (at the moment, will print out more closer to the interview) of my phone text records, and a page of MSN chat showing a few little convos (mainly 1 liners and links) from May to June (as we pretty much only Skype). I also have a card from him that I'm going to photocopy talking about how lucky he feels to have me and how he can't want to be with me forever.

I'm thinking about printing out a few of the email texts I have gotten, but they don't really say anything, its just pictures he takes of his family waving at me, the pics dont include him, but they are from his email to mine saying things like "they say hi" or whatever. Don't know if I should though or if thats just a waste of paper that really won't show anything.

And of course I have all the originals of the itineraries, tickets, bank statements, hotel receipt and pictures we sent in the original package....I'm hoping these will be enough. I'm so nervous now. We don't even have an interview date and probably won't for a few months, but I'm so worried about making sure I have as much as I can to prove we are real. I hate thinking that we could have come this far to have someone tell us no, even if I know its legit and that I love him more than anything in the whole world.

I love Skype!!! It iwll print out every phonecall and SMS history vor the last 6 month.. Is a printout from Skype be the evidence of ongoing relationship?

That's pretty useful. I was intending to use Skype history feature as part of our evidance. I just didn't know it went quite that far back.

It's less than 25 hours until I go to collect my guy from the airport. Unfortunately, he sent me a message this morning to tell me that the flight might be cancelled due to bad weather. We have to wait and see what it's like when the time gets closer. Bah, I'm so anxious!!! :(

CORRECTION!! My petition has collected DUST since MARCH 12!!!!!!!! They are just playing with us...I don't see how they will get all of us complete by September!! I just hope my fiance is here by Christmas!!

Don't feel bad...mine has cobwebs on it since 03/16/09 as well!!

This week has been hard for me because of distance. He had terrible storms last Monday night, and was without power for a good 30 hours afterwards. Lucky his mum was able to send me an email and let me know he wasn't able to get online, but I hate it so much when distance keeps us from being able to spend time with each other - even if it's just online.

emmaline_g, I know it's hard. Try to take comfort in the fact that at least they are processing timelines closer to when you sent yours off. This gives me a lot more comfort, even though ours still hasn't been touched since it was entered into the online system on the 17th March.

I just had a go at doing this today. Can't seem to find an option to make it print. Can you explain how to do so?

In Skype , you have to view in your account. and then by Month...

Lower left, you can download the cal log. It will save ti in excel format. open it in excel and print.

I must be being completely stupid. Does this feature only work if you pay for your calls? I don't seem to be able to find anything about viewing call history by month (or any other order)

Cutefemcop, me too. I think it will just be inexcusable if our fiances are not here by 2010. I mean, my patience is just gone at this point. My life is on hold in so many ways and I am not talking about a fairy princess wedding. That is like, the least of my worries! Move it, USCIS.

I wish my fiance had Skype. Really. Everytime I use Skype to call anyone else it just sucks and disconnects me every 5seconds.

I call my fiance using a phone card service called REBTEL. The thing is this service converts his UK number into a local number to make the call cheaper, so all the Rebtel records have a 415 (local Northern California) area code on my phone records. And he's moving back to Albania soon. This is giving me a headache.

So... It has been a couple of weeks and most of us haven't heard anything. Realistically, how much more time do you all think we are looking at?

On another note- My attorney contacted the NVC a few weeks ago, and they did not have our file, and I called yesterday and they did not have it now either.

Looks like a couple more March filers got approved this week. Certainly not the rush I was hoping for by now but it's good to see Igor's list grow a few more approved March folks!

Good luck to all of you guys...

Thank you so much! I think we are all so ready to get approved. Even though it is great that people are getting approved it seems harder on those with the same timeline who didn't get approved yet. I still have a couple of weeks since my NOA1 is March 17th.

Ours NOA1 March 17th, and we've heard nothing either.

It's been a lousy weekend this week. My guy was supposed to be flying to visit me, but his flight was cancelled. :( Thankfully, we were able to get him on a flight that leaves Monday (22nd) so it's not like the whole thing was a complete disaster. But it's still difficult. It's my birthday tomorrow and he won't be able to be here as planned.

Ah well. I'm actualy just relieved he didn't get stranded at the airport!
