Unfortunately, no new NOA2

I am not seeing any approvals from May 8th. I only see that the list was updated on May 8th. Am I looking in the wrong place?

because there aren't any. soo sad. just talked to my sweeheart. he told me what every single plant looks like in our yard. we've planted so many last year.

anyways. really hoping that this maintenance thing from uscis brings up some new approvals. what else would you have to maintain on a case status page.

can't wait to check tomorrow.

We anticipate that the application the will be available by 11:59 PM on May 10th, 2009." and yesterday was 6 PM. Come on update! I need "touch"!

Our case is still online, but hasn't been touched. I just checked today. Was slightly hopeful it might have been. Bah!

When we first sent off our petition, I tried to expect that the online system wouldn't be very reliable, and not to put too much value in what it says.

I'm inclined to fear that those thoughts are likely to turn out pretty accurate. I'm half expecting us to get our NOA2 before the online system ever updates our case. I'm kinda anticipating August at the moment, because I think there's a hopeful chance that we might hear something then.

If it's September, and we still haven't heard anything, I am going to start getting very worried.

I try not to check too frequently, or think about it overly much, because it's just so disheartening. Frustrating, to be able to do NOTHING at all. I did check today, and our case hasn't updated. It's so easy to feel downhearted after seeing the last updated record stuck on 17th March.

Don't panic guys, you will get your approvals very shortly. The frustration of waiting all disappears once you get the NOA2, and it's all go from there. GOod luck.
