Where is this fast boat?..... where?

it sunk...haha

guess we really shouldn't complain, but uscis made us all think, that approvals are possible within 30-40 days. sometimes i think somebody grabbed the wrong box with feb petitions. who knows... we'll never know. just really hoping i can be in the us by september. our best friends are getting married. and I need to be there!!! and if I am too late for that then I might miss my grandparents diamond anniversary (60 years!!) in december because i won't get my ap in time. don't you guys think i qualify for an expedite :) my grandparents are 84 and 81 and it would break their heart if I couldn't be there.

really hoping may will be our month.

fran

I was thinking of using this as a reason for expedite - "my fiancee is getting pregnant in September or October and I promised I'd be there."

I never would have believed my journey to happiness would begin with something called an "I-129F"

03/19/09 - I-129F Sent

03/20/09 - NOA1 (rec'd harcopy 3/26/09)

03/24/09 - Check cleared

03/25/09 - Touched

8/12/09 - Touched (4 hours before NOA2 email)

8/12/09 - NOA2 email received

***Received email at noon (Weds)

***USCIS site did update with the status

***Was 113 on Berkeley list; 156 on VJ list

LOL that's awesome! Too bad missing your loved one doesn't qualify as extreme hardship for USCIS...

I am thinking that May might be our month as well. I think they realized they were doing them too fast and decided to slow it down a month to keep the VSC from looking too bad :(

You're standing in it. Summer is the worst time to file, it was usual to wait 5/6 months, that's not the case anymore. And then there are exceptions like estedia and everyone else in the 6+ or year+ waiting threads.. they put things into perspective when things get tough.

Welcome Wyld Blu, Sure you aren't alone we are all in this waiting game together. April is been such a slow month hardly any approval! It seems like the CSC adjudicators have been on vacation. Someone needs to tell them youths that the vacation is over and NOA2 time is here :) . Let's go guys... I am looking forward to a great May with many approvals.

That makes ....all of us

Welcome Blu! We're slightly crazy in here, feel free to post when you are frusterated or happy, all of us completely understand so theres no appologies or being polite needed. If you need to vent let it out. If you want to explode with happiness we are good for that too. Hopefully we get to start exploding with NOA2 happiness very soon! I want to be in California before winter!!!

You basically have to copy and paste or do like I did and just type out the info you want shown. It won't transfer your timeline to your signature, you have to make it.
