Looks to me like they stopped with the March Filers, and are getting the unfinished Nov-08 thru Feb-09 people approved. :( Hopefully they will get those done fast and get back to approvals for new K-1's!

This sucks, I was away for 3 days, haven't checked VJ, and today I see Immigration Timelines for K1 at CSC - processing January 26 :( When I left they were on February 9, what happened? I want my NOA2 soon, I want to be with my fiance, what's wrong with these people??? Sorry for the rant guys, just needed to get it out :crying:

No need to appologize, i felt the same way...actually swore at the computer when I saw that lol.

I think the worst part is we were all expecting it to take awhile, but then we got so excited with the Feb filers all getting approved so fast...and now they havent done ANYTHING. If there wasnt that, I think it might not have been quite so bad on disappointment.

Well, April is not over yet, and maybe, just maybe, we will have some NOA2's coming up. If not, hopefully May is a better month. Got to stay positive! We may still be lucky.

Forget about timelines and fast approvals! Let's just help each other remain positive during this time. We may receive our NOA2 when we least expect it!

Hang in there everyone!

Welcome and good luck LukeLyn!

We signed up with USCIS, but no touch since the date of NOA1 (03/23/2009) :(

Where do you see "touch"? Does it say that on their case page? I've never gotten anything except:

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: Case received and pending.

On February 25, 2009, we received this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when yours will be done. This case is at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

ps my visajourney estimate has gone up a month in the last few days...it was july - middle of auguest, now it says:

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between July 3, 2009 and July 14, 2009*.

Unfortunately i just found out adjudicated referred to NOA2, not final visa :((

Under the "Last updated". If there is any change of the date, you are "touched". In my case it looks like this:

Last Updated

(mm/dd/yyyy)

03/23/2009

which is the date of our NOA1, so no "touches" since than :crying:

That's exactly what it says on mine too. NOA1 is dated 20th of March and Last Updated is 03/23/2009. Probably when they stuck my file in a box and put it on a shelf to wait for it's turn. Oh well...

At least you all can see your cases :(

I am still stuck wondering what is going on with mine, and I plan to call today and try to complain lol. After 30 days I think it should be in the system!! At least that is what they advertise!

Morning, all. By Abba's grace I have been busy completing my degree program (Grad on Sunday! Hallelui!!! ). Other than that I would go mad with obsessing over the waiting period!! I reeeeeeeeeally miss my sweetie!!!!

If I could say anything this morning it would be--go out and enjoy the spring or weather wherever you are. Go to the library--live a little! Find ways to stay busy...It's the only thing that helps me.

Truth is we have no idea what is happening at the service center--so don't come out of this time with gray hairs! Your sweetie won't know you! LOL.

Thanks for the welcome in.

I agree. Unfortunately every time I call, they just tell me that they are experiencing some technical difficulties with the system. Personally I just think it depends on who is handling the cases as several people who filed after we did are showing up online, but we are not. Good luck to everyone, and staying positive for some approvals this week is a GREAT idea!
