Hello every one >> I'm new in this Forum >> I have bin reading and making all the home work with in this situation of having to wait along time for a answer in which I 'm trying to understand? and if some one might guide me since I need help by away of knowing how much of a time will it take for the NVC to get the information from USCIS of my approve petition of my Fiance that lives in Russia<<< the NOA1 received date was done on FEB 28, 2006 notice date Mar 7 , 2006 <<< the NOA2 receipt date on MAR 06,2006 notice date May 1, 2006 will I be affected by the IMBRA law? cause my file it's not even on the NVC data base .... and probably thinking that they might have lost our Files!? I have call USCIS & NVC and it looks like I'm speaking with people that don't know what they are doing at all????

I have bin waiting all this time to at least be on NVC but it TAKES to Much of a time and the only response I get from them is I have to wait 90 days until it gos thru it's that a normal waiting period???? Cause I have gotten tired of waiting and people from these Deparments Being all RUDE <<<< not knowing where my paper work; I file with them is it was file on the CA service center It's just to much to wait even to be in NVC!!!!

can some on please help me in understanding this ????

NOA1: Feb 28th 2006 toucht Mar 7th, 2006

NOA2: Mar 6th 2006 approved on May 1st 2006

NVC: Waiting???

Erm, I don't think the folks you have contacted are being deliberately rude to you. I imagine they get upteen thousand phonecalls just like yours every day since all this change with IMBRA law and new forms, etc.

Have you read this thread in K-1?

1-12-2006 Received initial packet - It has I-130, I-864 & DS-230 Part 1, DS-2001 & tons of instructions.

Gathering paperwork that we don't have:

5-30-2006 - I-130 FILED AND ACCEPTED BY AUCKLAND CONSULATE!- INTERVIEW: 6/13/2006

08-05-2006 -WE ARE HOME IN THE USA!!! flag12.gif

THREE HAPPY YEARS LATER:

5-10-09 - N-400 filed

8-24-09 - Interview

9-14-09 - Naturalization Oath Ceremony
