K1 processing at NVC

Hi everyone! I need your help. My fiance received the hard copy of NOA2 on the 23rd of Feb 2009 . The NOA2 only said that the K1 application was already forwarded to NVC. We are wondering if NVC would ask for more documents from us and if we would get more instructions from them?

NVC will send you a letter telling you that they'll forward your information to the US embassy where your fiance will be interviewed and that the consulate will send your foreign fiance an instruction packet a.k.a packet 3. i was also approved on the 23rd and received my letter from NVC yesterday. good luck!

on my case,my Fiance did'nt receive any letter from NVC,and we don't know why. we got our MNL Case number by calling NVC..
