Did I just walk right into a dumb joke?

I was thinking there no nose on the dog- just the nasal cavity.

'Fraid so, Stacey!

There's this old joke that goes:

Person 1 ~ "my dog has no nose!"

Person 2 ~ "how does it smell?"

Person 1 ~ "terrible!"

Very old joke, kids love it. Apparently! :P

I used to tour as a Hard Trance DJ based in Los Angeles, CA. One of my last tours was with Sir Mix-A-Lot. Touring as a Trance DJ was just like touring as a rock band - except, you travel alone, not with 3 or 4 other people. Touring was the time of my life.

ROCK AND ROLL!

50% Hard Trance I like

50% Hard Trance I don't like

It's just like Goa/Psy Trance. Half is complete garbage. Half is tonal knowledge. My co-workers don't like electronic anything. I keep the mixes relegated to the commute.

Actually, I listen mostly to Vocal Trance - like iiO, Andain, 4 strings. There's something about a female voice singing that goes well with that kind of music.

This last Christmas when we were flying from AMS to NCL ( UK) the landing gear on our plane malfunctioned and we had to do an emergency 'brace-for-impact landing' at NCL. Even though in the aviation industry for ages, I am not too proud to say that it was very, very scarey.

We are going to see Nickelback and Seether in April at Dallas!

When I was AD, I was one of the 8th AF Outstanding Airman of the Year. :D ...and before someone says it...Even women in the AF are titled 'Airman'.

Take a large, almost round, rotating sphere about 8000 miles in diameter, surround it with a murky, viscous atmosphere of gases mixed with water vapor, tilt its axis so it wobbles back and forth with respect to a source of heat and light, freeze it at both ends and roast it in the middle, cover most of its surface with liquid that constantly feeds vapor into the atmosphere as the sphere tosses billions of gallons up and down to the rhythmic pulling of a captive satellite and the sun. Then try to predict the conditions of that atmosphere over a small area within a 5 mile radius for a period of one to five days in advance!

Ah Sir Mix-A-Lot, I remember the butter milk biscuit and square dance rap days. What was it like working with Sir Mix-A-Alot, what kind of character was he?
