Funny thing is... I have no problem using onion powder. I guess it just dissolves and you can barely taste it. I know, I've seriously considered hypnosis for it. No joke.

I used to have an issue with onions myself, the problem is not the taste, as it adds lots of flavor. If your grudge is like mine was, texture of onion in my food, then I recommend grating it in every recipe, in time you end up learning to like it. I still use grated onion instead of big chopped pieces to the day, but I do like them in larger pieces in my pizza, hamburguers, steaks, etc now. Still don't like to see chunks of onion in my sauces though.

question to all you VJ geezers,

What's the lifespan of a VJ member, I mean not those that only come here to get info and after their process is done are out da' door but the ones that participate in OT and stay to help others who are clueless?

well, I have been here since 2004.... and there have been a tonne of people who have come and gone but there are a few people still here from way back then...

who?

Reba, Pedroh, Just Jackie, mawilson, KJandSH, Mr. Big Dog, jodee, Parivar CSK, Scott & Lai, Donna A, Sister Fracas, I Quit, Ms. Squirrel etc...

AJ... sriniv... rebeccajo...

yeah I only made it till March 2004 ...lol I need to get to work ...

 I've been here since 2003.

well, i didn't do a thorough search just kind of quickly glanced over the list and picked out names I recognized :P...

Hello Diana! :) Why onions?

Why onions?! Because they're so incredibly disgusting. I literally dry heaved while on two first dates I had just because I didn't want to complain about the onions my food was served with. Needless to say, the guys never called back.

They're DIS-GUS-TING!!!!

Diana

Never visit an Albanian restaurant! (because they are so common lol). There is a lot of onions in Albanian food. But I love them... mmmmm caramelized onions.

I don't drink much anymore but when I do I sleep like I haven't been able to sleep lately. Good stuff.

Have you tried Valerian root? It's great for insomnia.

There was nothing in A.J's post to suggest he has difficulty sleeping.

Valerian root sounds like something I might buy from this guy -
