What's the lifespan of a VJ member, I mean not those that only come here to get info and after their process is done are out da' door but the ones that participate in OT and stay to help others who are clueless?

well, I have been here since 2004.... and there have been a tonne of people who have come and gone but there are a few people still here from way back then...

I work for a private university that costs 46K+ a semester and I think we try to find ways to waste the students money everyday.

I haven't bought my own lunch since I started working here (as a student!).

I don't own a printer at home.

BUT I do bend over backwards to make sure I'm there for the students and try to solve their problems.

You steal from the homeless and now this, honestly how do you sleep at night?

I usually just pass out after teaching my evening ESOL class and all the walking I do giving museum tours to the disabled helps too.

99% of the stuff I (we) bought are either on sale (+50% off) or second hand, that includes houses, cars, furnitures, cloths,etc... And I'm anti-brand name

big ticket items like washer and dryer, dish washer, refrigerator,.. etc, will be second hand.. brand doesnt matter much as long as it works I guess.. I'm not picky, different color is fine too But we got most of them in white

We got our Plasma TV off from the showing shelve, and it's the last in the stock, so a big discount too.

Bram bought houses so some of our furnitures and appliances came from those houses too

I used to give tours of Margaret Mitchell's grandparent's house! For you un-southern folk, she wrote Gone with the Wind. I have so much Mitchell trivia. I was also given a ticket for boating without a life jacket. I was two feet from the dock, in my swimsuit AND it was a paddle boat.

I refuse to buy a plasma because of of how much electricity they use. I think it is 4x what an LCD uses.
