I work next to the University's division of community service that does the can drive and I was like "#######, who is giving Amy brand organic soup to homeless people!" That sh!t is $4.19 a can! I replaced it with wax beans the next day.

My office (unfortunately I am not sharing and have my own) has a framed matisse print on the wall and a European map. I have a red starbucks mug for tea and a mug that Pedro gave me as a gift for coffee. On my desk I have a big bonsai tree and an orchid, as well as a small Autralian flag on a mini flag post. On top of my monitor I have two little plastic squirrels, three little chickens, a shell, a buddha and a frog with a crown.

I think we should start a job thread - where do you work and what does it look like in your office. With pics and all. That would be interesting to see, since most of us post from work.

I work for a private university that costs 46K+ a semester and I think we try to find ways to waste the students money everyday.

I haven't bought my own lunch since I started working here (as a student!).

I don't own a printer at home.

BUT I do bend over backwards to make sure I'm there for the students and try to solve their problems.
