RFE - general question

I received the hard copy of our RFE today. Its a simple request that I can mail back tomorrow.

They provided an envelope with a different PO Box number than where my K-1 petition was sent (and the envelope says "ATTN: RFE").

My question is whether I should send it certified mail, return receipt requested.

The last thing I want is to mail it back and have it get lost obvioulsy.

I guess I answered my own question - But any comments would be appreciated.

Thanks.

There is VERY Little chance It will Get Lost.

If it make u feel better, make two copies of those RFE send them separately.

It would make me feel better if I got the postcard back showing that somebody signed for my letter

Why not send it certified? Thank you for your reply.

If it makes you feel safer, send it certified and return receipt!

Go with your gut - because in the end - it's your petition.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
