Filing i-765 separately questions

I am going to file for EAD and had a few questions.

I already filed for AOS from F1 in late jan.

1) What supporting documents are required for a canadian citizen? Will a canadian passport and marriage certificate suffice?

2) Do I need to send 2 more pictures?

3) Is current immigration status (#15) student and #16 ©(9)?

4. If Filing as a category ©(9), Adjustment Applicant then:

4a. Copy of the receipt notice or other evidence that your Form I-485, Application for Permanent Residence, is pending. If filing at the same time as AOS (in the same package) then you do not need to provide proof of filing (how could you)!

4b. Copy of I-94 (front and back)

4c. A copy of your last EAD (front and back) if any

4d. Two passport-type photo's (see specification)

Attach a photocopy of I-485 NOA1 letter to base this on pending I-485 (C )(9 ) and not pay a fee for it.

1) NO, if you have an I-94 from entry to the USA attach a copy.

2) Yes

3) Current status is AOS Pending (c )(9 )
