Noticed the current I-131 form has expired

The I-131 form for advance parole expired 2-28-09. I assume that it is still ok to use since no new form has been put up on the government site.

Give them a few days, they didn't have the new I-864P up till today (last time i looked for it was yesterday).

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

The USCIS website states that previous editions of the I-131 form are accepted. I assume that means you can use the expired one.
