hello VJ'ers,

Anyone here knows how to get or the quickest way to get a Philippine Passport in the Philippines?

I am going to get Phil. Passport for my two kids and they said it will take a month??

And how much is the Philippine passport nowadays?

ANy ideas will be appreciated.

Depends on the embassy/consulate.

I know you can expedite a US passport by paying more. Perhaps they will do that?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Thanks but am talking about Philippine Passport in the Philippines not getting it from the USem.

Am asking the opinion of those who just recently got their Phil.Passport.. coz i got mine 4 yrs. ago and I heared you have to have an appointment to get that.

Pls.. fellow pinays help..thanks in advance.

The quickest way is to contact a travel agency that expides passports when you get there. As of last September DFA charge 500 peso for passport and 250 for 7 day expidite. I think we paid agency 500.

The quickest way is to contact a travel agency that expides passports when you get there. As of last September DFA charge 500 peso for passport and 250 for 7 day expidite. I think we paid agency 500.

Thanks Geeser.Agency charges me P5,000 and says a month to get the passport even if the website says only 500.I know these agencies charges too much sometimes. but that is wayyyy too much.

Hello...I just got my passport last january.It cost me 750 pesos for rush and it took 20 working days..Regular is 500,i forgot how long it takes..I got mine in the DFA in davao,..DFA in manila is too crowded,so if i were you try some agencies na hndi umaabot ng 5 taw.. :star:
