I was supposed to be sent to Vermont because I live in Kentucky but my application was forwarded to the California center instead. My Nao1 notice date was March 2.

P.P.S. Yeah, where the hell are our approvals?!?!? I mean we all know that federal government is pretty much useless and exists for the sole purpose of stealing our money (they call it taxes) to redistribute and make our life harder with more regulations and infringements on our rights, but come on! We paid the fees on top of taxes and we cannot even get speedy processing!?!?!? Speaking of "taxation without representation"...

Looks like they started transferring October cases now, absolutely amusing! I didn't include October cases in my orginal theory, or did I? I don't remember anymore, couldn't find where did I post that either. I'm all playing by the ears.

Ok so CSC just became the I-751 processing central. Reasons:

(1) VSC is processing Apr 08, May 08, Nov 08, Dec 08, Jan 09, Feb 09, Mar 09 - total of 7 months worth of cases.

(2) CSC is processing Jun 08, Jul 08, Aug 08, Sept 08, Oct 08, Jan 09, Feb 09, Mar 09 - total of 8 months worth of cases.

That's why some government agency try to have mediocre quality because the better/faster you work, they more work load the higher up is going to give you. Just like CSC, they're pumping out results very fast, now they've got all the work. Anyways, Looks like now there is a more even distribution of the "pie/cake". Let's see who can work faster, VSC or CSC? Feel free to cast a vote!

03/14/2009 NOA for Transfer received

03/23/2009 Transfer notice received (the looks like a general photo copy)

Approval letter received 5/28/09. (Decision date 5/20/09, postmark date 5/26/09)

CPO email received 7/1/09 (twice in a day)

Approval email received 7/7/09 (more than a moth after I actually got the letter in the mail)

now i know i am not crazy.... they are moving cases from june-nov... lol...

ah... no one ever said you're crazy, from what I know, the government is looking at us like we're all crazy blogging on the VJ forums here trying to figure out how many months in total are they trying to transfer because there wasn't any official USCIS detail but only a sketchy leak from AILA.

How about I'll lead the crazy theory one more time, you guys and gals think they'll dare to start transferring Dec 08 cases to CSC? How much do you want to bet (not real money of course, just in a sense of expression, like a dime is not likely, a grand is absolutely, or something like that)?

6/2/2010 - Priority date

6/9/2010 - Check cashed

6/11/2010 - NOA in my mail box

6/17/2010 - Able to see case status "Initial Review"

6/18/2010 - LUD

7/2/2010 - Called mis-information line to put in a service request for STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED "FP NOTICE"

7/8/2010 - LUD, at 2:32am, received text msg and e-mail for req. for add'l evidence being mailed out on July 6th, believe it's for the FP

7/12/2010 - Received FP notice in mail, scheduled for 8/2/2010

7/15/2010 - Walk in FP

7/22/2010 - Online status changed to "Case sent to local office for interview schedule"

7/27/2010 - Received interview letter for 8/23/2010

8/23/2010 - Passed interview, was informed that next oath date is 9/22/2010 and oath letter will come in the mail

9/3/2010 - Received oath letter in the mail for 9/22/2010

I had predicted that they will tranfer the October cases, but I'm gonna say no to Dec cases. They'll probably remain in VSC. The notice from lawyers association said that they will be transfering files for 8 weeks or 10,000 files per week a total of 80,000. My point is that in a couple of weeks it will be 8 weeks since they started transferring. And if they just started transfering Nov cases, give them unit next week or later to finish transfering those.

As for the waiting times, we dont really know which center has more employees or which month has most files so it's tough to estimate. But it looks like CSC is currently working on June filers so I would assume that they will all (at least most of them) get their approvals by the end of this month. And July filers will get them by end of April, May for August filers and so on. A total of 10 months waiting, still better than VSC.

If CSC is done with the tranfered cases by July/August, then they can resume with the Feb filers of their region, which is in 6/7 months of waiting time.

Patience is the key for now.
