7/2/2010 - Called mis-information line to put in a service request for STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED "FP NOTICE"

7/8/2010 - LUD, at 2:32am, received text msg and e-mail for req. for add'l evidence being mailed out on July 6th, believe it's for the FP

7/12/2010 - Received FP notice in mail, scheduled for 8/2/2010

7/15/2010 - Walk in FP

7/22/2010 - Online status changed to "Case sent to local office for interview schedule"

So I finally called and demanded some information on my husband's case and they transferred me to an IO. He was super nice and he let me know that no action had been taken on my case since the transfer or since we changed our address (we changed our address but then the change never went through) but that we wouldn't receive an e-mail about our case being approved because the I-751 is on a different system. We would only receive something once our card was issued or transferred again to our local office. He said our petition is just in line for it to be worked on and we should be getting our approval soon hopefully. It is just nice to hear a friendly voice in this process :)

my lawyer called me and told that she got the approval letter, approval date is 5/27/2009. Can you please update me on the list?

By the way, the notice came from the local office, not from California.

and I'd like to thank everyone who kept this forum alive and shared their experiences..

I am tired of this wait, filed in oct- vsc, got tranfered in march to csc, RFE in may, mailed RFE within a week, now waiting........ :angry: & tired.

Question, when one gets RFE, does that mean you get bumped to the back of the line?

From what I have seen, people tend to get approved pretty soon after submitting the requested evidence.

02-18-2009 - I-751 filed (Removal of Conditions)

02-20-2009 - NOA1

03-20-2009 - Biometrics Appointment

03-23-2009 - Touched

06-22-2009 - Removal of Conditions approved (via USPS)

07-01-2009 - Email from USCIS advising of approval

07-06-2009 - Received 10-yr Permanent Resident Card

02-18-2010 - Eligible to file for naturalization

in my experince we get bumped of the line for atleast 30 days in these situations. when u sent the stuff?
