One small update from me - I finally received a transfer notice via postal mail from VSC. We had moved 2 weeks before the transfer, and we filed change of address AR-11, I-865 and pending petition Feb 4. Got confirmation of all the change of addresses by mail, and I also called the 1800 number to confirm pending petition, but VSC still sent transfer notice to old address, which was marked Return to Sender as of Feb 19th. They then remailed it to me on the Feb 27th and it turned up a couple of days ago. I really hope that the address will be updated by the time it gets to approval...

Forgot to say, I'm starting to think Paula W's case was like a 'test/trial' run for CSC to look at VSC cases since there has been no movement since that approval...

One small update from me - I finally received a transfer notice via postal mail from VSC. We had moved 2 weeks before the transfer, and we filed change of address AR-11, I-865 and pending petition Feb 4. Got confirmation of all the change of addresses by mail, and I also called the 1800 number to confirm pending petition, but VSC still sent transfer notice to old address, which was marked Return to Sender as of Feb 19th. They then remailed it to me on the Feb 27th and it turned up a couple of days ago. I really hope that the address will be updated by the time it gets to approval...

Forgot to say, I'm starting to think Paula W's case was like a 'test/trial' run for CSC to look at VSC cases since there has been no movement since that approval...

Glad to hear that Tex. I know you were worried about the change of address getting processed. One less thing to worry about.

I hope you're right about Paula because if the transfers start getting processed while the non-transferred VSCers continue to languish I'll be even more dissatisfied with USCIS.
