I was sort of wondering if transferees around March 5 got any paper mail informing them of the transfer apart from the email. I’m kind of slight concerned about my transfer letter. Just wanted to know if anyone else around my transfer date is waiting in wonder for their transfer letter or am i the one waiting?

Hi Everyone,

I was transferred on March 2nd, and I haven't received any paper mail from the USCIS either regarding the VSC to CSC transfer.

Oh well, I don't care either way, as the only letter I'm waiting for is the "approved letter with 10yr green card". And I didn't get that either yet...

If you're concerned about getting a transfer letter, all you have to do is print out the e-mail that the USCIS sent you, and that should be sufficient "hard copy transfer proof" for your records. That's what I did, and that's good enough for me, as I don't want to go further  waiting for something that I already know happened and have a printed paper record of from my computer.

Ant (Still waiting for the I-751, Still waiting for Baby...)

Three guesses on what just came in today's mail............................no not an approval- the transfer notice, dated March 18!!! Wow, it took 9 days to go from Vermont to upstate NY?! If I was Daniel M. Renaud, I'd be too embarrassed to list my real name above the title "Center Director".

Well, that means your approval is very close now. Many received their approval soon after the paper transfer notice. :)

Looks like the transfer dates are funky. Your RD is 08/05/08, and got transferred on March 03. Nova's RD is later than you and was transferred on 02/25 and already got approval. My RD is 08/26, and got transferred on March 02. Not sure how that was done.

Still waiting for paper transfer notice, maybe it in the mailbox when I go home.
