Tu veux dire qu'il faut le document qu'on a rempli le jour de l'application ?

En fait je me suis fiée au site du consulat qui disait "certificat de mariage" ; le document dont tu parles c'est la licence de mariage. Je pense qu'on doit avoir une copie, j'en ai parlé à mon mari mais c'est difficile d'avoir qqn qui répond au consulat ils ne sont jamais dispos aux heures où on peut appeler. :(

Feb. 2007 : meet online

March 2008 : Fell in love

May 2008 : officially "dating"

June 21st 2008 : ingame "wedding" haha

July 14th 2008 : bf gone to basic training

August 30th : graduated - on the way to tech school :)

October 30th : graduated tech school - moving base :)

-------------------------------------------------

Dec. 23rd 2008 : 1st visit - bf arrival in France (yesss !)

Dec. 28th 2008 : introduced him to parents (they love him, wheee !)

Jan. 4th 2008 : bf gotta go back to the US, sad day.

May 1st 2009 : 1st time in the US, got to see my love again whee !

May 9th 2009 : Civil Union :)

May 24th 2009 : Going back to France, booh :(

June 17th : I-130 package sent

June 27th : Got delivery confirmation

June 29th : Got NOA1 yeeey !

July 10th : Back in the US to see my love :)

August 10th : And back in France again :(

Sept. 18th : Touched

Sept. 29th : got an RFE :(

Oct. 6th : RFE answer received by USCIS

Currently : ready to go back to the USA and see my loved one !

Oui, c'est cela, la licence ( il est exactement ecrit sur le document ''affidavit, licence, and certificate of mariage'').

Mon mari et moi nous avons trouvé cela étrange lorsqu'ils nous ont renvoyé le package avec copie d'une licence de mariage, expliquant que c'est de ce document dont ils ont besoin.

Ce document nous l'avions soumis au ''court office'' apres notre mariage pour faire enregistrer notre mariage et recevoir notre acte de mariage, et ils nous ont fournis des copies certifiees conformes de la licence (c'est ce document que le consulat te reclame).

Nous avons reçu l'acte de mariage par courrier plus tard avec des certified copies of mariage.

Oui exactement, tu l'obtiens aupres du county dans lequel vous vous etes maries :) Et en plus ils vont se faire un plaisir de vous alleger de qq dollars (nous c'etait $10 par copie...).

C'est fait ça, pour $10 la copie c'est le certificate of marriage qu'on a obtenu et pas l'autre document. J'ai demandé hier soir à mon mari de chercher, je vais voir avec lui quand il sera rentré.

Ca doit dependre du county alors, parce que moi pour $10 j'ai eu le bon document, c'est peut etre le seul qu'ils donnent. Bonne chance!

Je suis retournée sur le site du consulat. En fait c'est simplement mal expliqué car la liste des documents à fournir dit Certificat de Mariage (Certificate of Marriage, Extended Form), ça c'esr ce qu'on leur a fourni, or ce qu'ils veulent en fait c'est le document qui rassemble les infos du certificat de mariage + de la licence (finalement il y avait un lien vers un "specimen"), donc le document obtenu avant d'avoir le certificat de mariage tout beau tout propre sur du joli papier vert (qu'on a payé $10 pièce).

Bref, mon chéri va voir demain pour obtenir une copie de cela.
